On Tuesday, the district released a chronology of events involving the student in question and a summary of responses the school made to each of those events.

Isabella "Belle" Hankey, a former Concord-Carlisle High School student, is suing the school district, the towns of Concord and Carlisle and three school officials for $2 million, claiming she was bullied and harassed over a period of approximately two years while administrators allegedly did nothing about it.

School officials made an uncharacteristic move Tuesday when they contacted the press asking to meet to talk about the lawsuit. In the past, officials have shied away from discussing matters involving individual students or staff members.
